Little Beside is a self-catering holiday cottage in Mount Hawke, near St Agnes and Porthtowan in North Cornwall. When you enquire about a stay or get in touch with us, you're dealing directly with us as the owners. Our contact email is hello@littlebeside.com.

What information we collect

When you reach out to us — by email, WhatsApp, or through our contact form — we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and details of your enquiry (such as dates, number of guests, and any questions you have).

If you book through Airbnb, any personal data you share with them is subject to Airbnb's own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange and manage your stay. We don't add you to any marketing lists, and we don't share your details with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your booking (for example, sharing directions or check-in information).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the site. This sets cookies on your device. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner when you first visit. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies beyond this.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and booking correspondence for up to two years, then delete it. If you'd like us to remove your details sooner, just drop us an email and we'll sort it straight away.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just email hello@littlebeside.com and we'll respond within a week.
